Scrolling through Instagram I read a post by, James Clear, author of the mega-beststeller Atomic Habits.

He posed the question: “What’s the most fun you could possibly have in one year?”

My answer garnered hundreds of “hearts” and seemed to strike a chord.

“‘Soft’ mornings. Waking up and NOT hustling. Taking care of mind, body, and soul and easing into the day with creativity and humanity.”

This week begins our first-ever Saturday Series. I’ll be addressing self-care, and some practices I’ve found helpful.

This series is a special benefit for paid subscribers. I’d be glad for you to join us by becoming a supporter today.
