You’re invited!
Join us on Saturday, January 18 at 2 pm ET for Justice for All Generations—an online book launch event for I Am the Spirit of Justice and Stories of the Spirit of Justice.
These books will help you and the young ones in your life learn the true stories of people who resisted racism and stood up for justice.
This online event is designed for adults and kids alike. So have your young ones with you when we log on.
We won’t just be talking. We’ll have a few short activities for the kids to help them understand the spirit of justice and how they can work for positive change today.
And it won’t just be me.
Nadia Fisher, the brilliant illustrator of I Am the Spirit of Justice and Malcolm Newsome, my co-author for the picture book, will also join us.
You’re going to love hearing how Malcolm and I go waaaay back!
In lieu of our monthly Office Hours meeting (which would typically take place tonight, 1/9), we will meet for the “Justice for All Ages” event this month.
Be sure to grab one or both books so you can have them for our meeting.
See you there!

I hope the launch goes well.
So excited for this event! I had a chance to review both books through Net Galley and have posted reviews on my website. I'll also be using Stories of The Spirit of Justice with my 12 year old in our homeschool lesons.
