Congratulations on your PhD, Dr. Tisby! This newsletter, as well as your books, podcast, interviews, and articles have been so influential in my life. How To Fight Racism helped me make a racial justice action plan which has included transferring my kids into a more diverse public school and volunteering there. Thanks to you and your work, our lives are oriented toward racial justice and there’s no turning back! Keep speaking truth courageously; you are making such a difference! “Stand up for justice, stand up for truth, and God will be at your side forever.” (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.)

Adrianna, that's an incredible witness. Fewer decisions have more implications than where you send your kids to school. Thank you for your courage and intentionality. So glad you're volunteering there, too. Way to go!

I have been loving your newsletters and the information you provide is so helpful and thought provoking! You provide a much-needed perspective to the conversation on race and Christianity and I'm so thankful. I'm not sure if this is something you would be interested in doing, but one thing I would love to see is perhaps book reviews or a section with book/podcast/article recommendations, or a couple of helpful links for those of us curious in doing more research? Fortunately we have so many resources available to us now, but finding good, trustworthy sources can be daunting and I often feel as though I'm not sure where to start. It helps to have recommendations from knowledgeable people such as yourself pass along recommendations now and then. Perhaps consider having a small portion of your newsletter set aside for recommendations or things you're currently enjoying? I don't need a lot. Perhaps just one or two of whatever it is that you're currently reading/watching/listening to. Thank you for all of the resources you have provided for us so far! They have been so so helpful. I am grateful for your work. Many thanks, Anna

Anna, I love this idea. I have notes for a series called "The History Books that Shaped Me" where I'd give a brief overview and describe how these books have molded my thinking in significant ways. I'm also glad to do occasional "round ups" of books, articles, resources, and even products that I find helpful. So, yes. We'll make it happen. Thanks for the suggestion!
